Vendor Agreements

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between my-boutiques.com (“Platform”) and the registered vendor (“Vendor”).

By registering as a Vendor, you agree to the following terms:

1. Vendor Subscription

  • Vendors must purchase a paid listing package to showcase their boutique and products on the Platform.

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Subscription benefits are limited to the duration and features of the selected package.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their product listings.

  • Vendors must not list counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.

  • Vendors must honor their own return, refund, and shipping policies.

  • Vendors are responsible for responding promptly to customer queries and complaints.

3. Platform Role

  • The Platform acts only as a listing and promotional service.

  • We do not guarantee sales, customer leads, or product performance.

  • The Platform is not liable for disputes between vendors and customers.

4. Payments

  • Vendors must ensure timely payment of subscription fees.

  • Failure to pay will result in suspension or removal of listings.

  • The Platform does not take commissions on vendor sales.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors retain ownership of their brand, product images, and descriptions.

  • Vendors grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use their content for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Termination

  • The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account that violates this Agreement.

  • Vendors may request account termination, but subscription fees will not be refunded.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of [Ahmedabad India].
